LINER NOTES

PUNISHER

I never thought it could ever happen to me. I never thought it was ever such mystery. Too many cards been layin' down on the table. To form a plan of any kind I'm unable. I'm gonna tie you up! I'm gonna make you beg for me baby. I'm gonna tie you up! I'm gonna hear you scream my name! You never thought it could ever happen to you. I know you didn't 'cuz I can see right through you. Try as I may I don't think I'll ever understand. Just what it is that makes you like it when I'm mad. I'm gonna tie you up! I'm gonna make you beg for me baby. I'm gonna tie you up! I'm gonna hear you scream my name! Sunshine blue skies comin' down every day. All I really want to do is sail away. I don't know why you think this is a game I'm playin'. If I way you I would get on my knees and start praying. I'm gonna tie you up! I'm gonna make you beg for me baby. I'm gonna tie you up! I'm gonna hear you scream my name!

PASSION & PAIN

It’s like a heartbeat in the night. It’s rhythm that’s haunting you. Lover’s touch nowhere in sight. Where can she be? Hidden in the shadows – reaching, tender, touch. Slipped away, once again, I need it so much. Can you feel the way I breathe? Until you love, don’t know, can’t believe? When you’ve had a taste of heaven. I know you’ll hear it too. Like a heartbeat in the night. It’s like a freight train pounding slow. Nothing can slow it down. Familiar smell, that you don’t know, Seems to linger around. Bipolar attraction, sense you can’t deny. Pulls you in no matter how hard you try. Can you feel the pain I breathe? Until you love, don’t know, can’t believe? Can you see the pain I breathe? Come and goes, don’t you know, it never leaves. Once you’ve had a taste of heaven. I know you’ll hear it too. Like a heartbeat in the night. Got a feeling that the time is right. The rhythm is calling you. Be afraid, you’re going to find. You feel the way I do. When you’ve had a taste of heaven, I know you’ll hear it too. Once you’ve had a taste of heaven. I know you’ll feel it too. Like a heartbeat in the night.

HOME

Have you ever found a place. Where the air is so clear. Like a potion, it glides down so smooth. A place where everything is beautiful. And the only thing that’s changed. Is how you perceive. Oh I know a place. Where we can go. Have you ever felt so miserable. Yet at the same time. You never felt so alive. It’s just an overwhelming. Feeling that this is where you belong. Oh, I know place where we can go. Oh, I know a place that I call home. Loving is effortless. When cultivated in a garden of joy. A place where you can truly be yourself. Where you turn to when you need to be held. Sometimes, someone can be your home. Oh Sometimes, someone is your home. Oh baby I, I’m coming home. Oh baby I, I’m coming home.

WILD EYES

Wild Eyes! Don’t know what it is that makes you lie. Could it be a spell or do they hypnotize? Or is it simply something that I know I’ll never find? Wild Eyes! Wild Kind! Sweet infatuation fills my mind. Will it give me visions or will it make me blind? Succulent seduction is the gift you realize. Wild Kind! Wild Eyes! You don’t know what it means to be alive. You won’t know that you’ve lived until you’ve tried. It’s the sweat that pours from a passionate demise. With your Wild Eyes! Wild Eyes! The silhouette that dances in my mind. It’s woven in the fabric, the fabric of your eyes. A web that still invites me to a lust materialized. Wild Eyes! The curving of your body, the color of your hair. The way you move, the way you speak, the perfume that you wear. It’s in your Wild Eyes! Your sexual attraction is apparent everywhere. It doesn’t matter what you do. The only thing that’s there. Is your Wild Eyes!

NEVER MADE IT TO LONDON

Started in Nuneaton out on the Abbey Run. Singing and having fun running with the Noons. Drove through Birmingham on the wrong side of the road. Being in England is SO MUCH FUN! Never made it to London, It’s silly but true. Never made it to London, but I still found you. Rode with Lady Godiva under a giant ugly tent. Coventry Cathedral still stands after the Lufftwaffe’s bombs were spent. Double-glazed instructions when dining in Darlington. And I’m having just TOO MUCH FUN! Never made it to London, It’s silly but true. Never made it to London, but I still found you. Can you believe on the day I leave? Sent from heaven above, I would fall in love. I traveled so far. Funny how we met this day. How we met this way. Just in time to say Good-Bye. Wore armor at Bosworth and climbed the steps at Warwick. Jumped in to the Themes and saw a dog strapped on a lady’s chest. Danced with the Fool in Stratford’s Shakespeareland. Being in England is SO MUCH FUN! Oxford, Cambridge, Canterbury, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Stonehenge. But I never made it to London. Never made it to London, It’s silly but true. Never made it to London, but I still found you. Can you believe on the day I leave? Love could be found in an airport lounge. I traveled so far. Funny how we met this day. How we met this way. Just in time to say Good-Bye!

LONG WAY HOME (city of pain)

Take a look around, Chi-town. The eternal city of pain. And you realize, that you’re going down. Round and round in a circle once again. And I know it’s such a long way, long way. Gotta find my way back home. Like you were a slave. Shackled by the promises of better life. But it’s all a lie. In the city where you live and love. Where you laugh and cry, where you’re going to die. And I know it’s such a long way, long way. I gotta find my way back home. Each and every day I see . The hurt and misery the city brings. Becoming hard as steel. As the hammer on the anvil rings. And I know it’s such a long way, long way. I gotta find my way back home. Shadows stretch like fingers reaching out. To take hold of me. I hear the islands call. I know they’re going to set me free. Searching for, searching for a better way. I gotta to find my way back home. Going to find a way. In the city of pain. Way back home!

VELVET RAINBOW DANCER

Piping Down Valleys Wild. Garden of the Sky begins to Bloom. Dragging and pulling away at the Night. Painting the air with fresh Daylight. Pouring rain emits a tune. A song so full a river runs through. Twilight tore open from above. Swallow the storm before is swallows you. Thunder and Lightning dance in the sky. The Chains of Lust form the cycle of life. Sorrow Laughs. Joy Weeps. Poison of a smile begets complaisancey. Golden Sun. Pleasant Glee. A Single thought fills Immensity. Crashing Storms. And Raging Seas. Soft voice of thunder rumbles and rolls free. Free. Come Sail Away. The wonders of the world await. Sail Away. Land and Sea. Of Happiness felt Endlessly. Thought and Hopes. Of legends that the Pen has wrote. Glorious Beams, Particles Bright. A Treasure filled with Jewels of Light. Weak in Courage, a Heart that’s Strong. Hear the Roar of Nature’s Song. Spears of light from clouds that weep. Seen just once makes life so sweet. The Drama of the Seasons plays out its tune. Revealing a Storm that’s come too soon. White, Velvet. Snowy Limbs. Chaotic Dance and Wicked Winds. Spinning, Dancing. Sowing Stars like Seeds. Ripping the fabric of Reality. All around the sky is torn. Riding the most violent of storms. Waves of Change. A Golden Key. All you have to do is Believe. Silent Aftermath. Holds questions of what happens next. Behold, Morning Gold. As Dawn ignites the cold black night. Refracted light gleamed through tears. Beams conducted by fluids so pure. To see the world in a single tear. Allowing hearts to wish without fear. This in not the end. It’s only just begun. Just as morning begins the day. Seize the Moment and Sail Away.
